3. Scope of Offerings

VAT consultation: personalized advice and support regarding value assessment tax matters.

Info product: digital guides and tutorials.

Goods: printed materials and related items.

4. Fees and Settlements

Fees are set as per current schedule on vatrya.com. Payments are due upon placement of order or scheduling of consultation.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Consultation Services

If you request a refund within 5 calendar days after completion of a standard consultation, we will reimburse the full fee using the initial payment channel. You may also request to transfer your session to a future date at no extra charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, bespoke compliance review services, which require dedicated preparatory work, are non-refundable. This measure ensures coverage of the planning and resources allocated to your matter.

5.2 Digital Guides and Tutorials

Due to immediate delivery upon purchase, digital products are generally non-refundable. In case of technical defects, we will provide a replacement copy or issue credit toward another digital guide.

5.3 Printed Materials

You may request a refund or swap for alternate printed items within 14 days of receipt, provided the materials are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are borne by the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the reimbursement via the initial payment channel or arrange a swap for available items.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation sessions may be canceled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for credit or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on vatrya.com and delivered through our offerings remain the sole property of VATrya. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Limitations

VATrya shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from use of our services, info product, or goods. Our cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on vatrya.com. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
